We are excited to announce Alex (Beyond Balance) as our guest speaker this evening.My name is Alex, I have been a Registered Nurse for 10 years.
I am a Reiki Master/ Teacher. A session with me is really quite unique, I can help clear trauma/ energy blocks in the body that might be the culprit for some physiological symptoms. Healing has proven to improve mood, energy levels, decrease pain and tension, improve sleep, ease anxiety and depression and much more. I use my abilities to connect with your soul/higher self, energetic and physical body to balance and align your energy centres. I am able to give you guidance, offer wisdom and help you feel your best.
I am also a Sound Healer, I work with an array of instruments to help heal the body, mind and soul. Sound create waves of vibration that can alter our brainwave frequencies which can bring us back into our natural state of balance, aligning chakras, aura, and physical body back into its healthy resonant vibration.
I am passionate about all things holistic health and well being, and nourishing the body through plant medicine and natural remedies. I create a wide range of herbal tinctures, balms, oils, teas and more.
I also facilitate Guided Meditation and Sound Baths, Cacao Ceremonies, Womens Circles, workshops and other events.
