Described by BBC Culture as ‘the greatest epic poem in the English Language’, Paradise Lost continues to be an influence for writers, artists, filmmakers and heavy metal bands today but it’s not for everyone... or is it?
In this day-long session, The Reader’s founder and director, Jane Davis, invites you to explore passages from the book together, through Shared Reading. We’ll take it slow, pausing to ask questions and helping each other through the challenging bits.
