This Sunday we will explore one of Sydney's best kept running secrets! The Lane Cove National Park on the Northern Side of the Harbour offers stunning bushland and the track follows the picturesque Lane Cove River.
The loop course is just shy of 13-14k and we are meeting at North Ryde Metro Sation.

Discover new places and take the pressure of the distance by chatting to other ladies along the way. We will finish this run by grabbing some brekky or a morning coffee together. A great way to get your long run in without losing motivation!
