Sunday Scene - Mahogany The Artist

A Richardson, Texas native born Candace Miller, Mahogany The Artist is one of the premier performers from the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. She brings an unforgettable performance featuring an amazing mix of jazz, funk, soul, and rock, infusing familiar favorites with original material. Mahogany has graced stages across the country and sold out clubs and restaurants throughout DFW, including Scat Jazz Lounge, Hotel Vin, and as a resident performer at Eddie V’s Prime Seafood in three cities. She has performed at legendary venues like Sambuca, Sandaga Jazz, and Brooklyn Jazz Café, sharing stages with greats including Roy Hargrove, David Sanborn, Andy Timmons, and Blood Sweat and Tears member Bill Tillman. With six released projects including JamBox, Her Song Vol. 1, and recent singles SOAR and FADED, Mahogany has worked with multi-Grammy award winner Shaun Martin of Snarky Puppy and Kirk Franklin. In 2014, Mahogany founded the Jazz Becuzz Arts Center and serves as executive director of Jazz Becuzz Arts Group and Good Lyfe programs, bringing creativity through music into the lives of children, seniors, and families across DFW.

REFUND POLICY
We issue reunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on circumstances presented to us, i.e. hospitalization. The buyer assumes responsibility on paying the Eventbrite fees unless the event has been cancelled, upon which a full refund will be issued to your payment method. Any transactions not made directly through this Eventbrite will not be considered.
