Meet at the carpark opposite Flics kitchen at 6.25am. We run for 45-60mins with the route decided on the day. It’s usually an out and back towards the marina - roughly 9kms but you can turn around at any point you want to.
Plenty of different runners with different abilities and pace’s. You’ll fit right in.
