Meet at the top of Sutherland Road in Point Chev (opposite Carrington) ready to start AT 8am.You will need a helmet and a drink bottle.
There will be a mostly of cycleway.
Suitable for most abilities. You must be comfortable with basic bike skills.
After the ride we will head to
Mud Pie Cafe in Point Chev for that all important coffee and to share the best and the worst of the ride. This is a good
time to talk training tips and meet fellow
riders.
