Come along join in with other women, spend the day on a journey of going within in meditation and contemplation to let go, surrender and celebrate who you truly are as a unique Being physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually...
During this day you will:
• Share sacred space with other women in supportive nurturing environment of upstairs Haven at Carpe Diem
• Journey deep within your Heart in meditation for insights and answers connecting to
your deepest Heart desires
• Set intention resonating with your Heart and Soul
• Activate your intention
• Experience Sacred Crystal bowls Sound bath to rejuvenate Body and Soul
• Learn art of creating altar for healing and manifestation
• Re-connect with your gifts and passions
• Receive journal for Self reflective practice
• Take home gift to support you on your healing path
• All materials will be provided
• Healthy vegetarian lunch, snacks, water, coffee and tea will be served
