Find Your Direction is an intimate 90-minute Sunday reset in Shoreditch, created for Londoners who feel mentally busy, emotionally stretched, or ready to pause and reconnect.
This session blends gentle yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, chai, and reflection to help you slow down, release tension, reset your nervous system, and leave with more clarity about where you are heading.
You do not need any previous yoga or meditation experience. This is a calm, beginner-friendly space designed for rest, reflection, and reconnection.
What to expect
🧘 Grounding Flow — 30 minutes
A gentle Vinyasa and Hatha-inspired practice with Rakesh to release physical tension, soften the breath, and bring you out of your head and into your body.
👁 Clarity & Alignment — 20 minutes
A guided visualisation with Roxanne to help you access your intuition, loosen old patterns, and reconnect with what you truly want.
🎶 Crystal Sound Bath — 20 minutes
Live crystal and Himalayan singing bowls to guide you into deep rest and nervous-system release.
☕ Chai & Reflection Circle — 20 minutes
Warm herbal chai, guided journaling, and a gentle reflection circle to help you anchor your insights and name your next step.

Roxanne — ICF-trained, imposter-syndrome-informed coach.
Rakesh — Trained in the authentic yoga traditions of Mysuru and sound healing.
This is not about pushing harder.
It is 90 minutes to come back to yourself, find stillness, and leave with a clearer sense of direction.
