Join me for your Sunday Reset from 3-5pm.This is a no rush event to fill your cup, collect some spoons and recharge for the week ahead.
We will use some gentle stretches to loosen neck and shoulder tension, listen to some music (genre depends on the vibe of the crowd), and use some frequencies to recentre your core.
A channeled guided meditation to protect and recharge the soul with a few minutes of quiet to round out the session.
There is time to journal or for reflection with a tea or coffee before you head out.
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket/pillow for your comfort, any stimming tools, and your journal.
**Every Sunday will be different as it is channeled with the participants energy and needs.
Please RSVP BEFORE 8pm SATURDAY.
Space is limited for 8-10 people.
