Sunday Reset Community Circle

Hosted by the Freebird Valley Collective, this is an invitation to join us in person for the Sunday Reset Community Circle in Denver!

Each month will be a gathering rooted in mindfulness, breath, reconnection, healing and intention. This is an offering to the Denver community to come together and receive. Try out new modalities, experience our space holders, and meet new friends. After our circle, there will also be vendors sharing their mystical crafts, if you want to stay and experience more with us.

Our next circle on April 19th will be an experience of crystal meditation with Christina Cox. We will learn a bit about crystals, before grounding our own energy in meditation and connecting with the energy of the crystals that will be provided for this class. You will leave grounded, refreshed, and with crystal guidance for your week ahead. (Bringing a journal is encouraged!)

Our circles are totally free to attend- so invite friends to join too! Come as you are, bring your energy, and connect with a likeminded community. We can't wait to sit in circle with you!

-For this gathering feel free to your own yoga mat, blankets, pillows, etc for your comfort. Yoga mats and yoga blankets are also available at the studio.
