Join us bi-weekly this summer at SOBR Market Burlington for Sunday Reset Club: an immersive wellness and adaptogenic alchemy experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead.
Each gathering offers a thoughtfully curated evening centered around mindfulness, nervous system regulation, emotional wellness, and authentic connection. Through themed reflective journaling, meaningful conversation, and immersive experiences, we create space for you to return to presence.
Every event will also feature a new guest facilitator offering a unique experience to round out the evening: think guided breathwork/meditations , somatic healing practices, sound therapy, and other intentional wellness offerings.
Enjoy handcrafted adaptogenic beverages made in-house while connecting with a like-minded community in a warm, intentional atmosphere.
Whether you’re seeking deeper self-connection, personal growth, community, or simply a softer way to close out your weekend, Sunday Reset Club welcomes you exactly as you are.

About the Organizer:
Existt SoulCare is a qbipoc-led wellness collective dedicated to creating inclusive, healing-centered immersive experiences. Rooted in decolonial values and the uplifting of marginalized voices, our work weaves spaces where all people can feel seen, safe, and empowered to reconnect with themselves, each other, and the land .
About the facilitator
Olga Padilla is an aspiring psychotherapist beginning her Masters of Clinical Mental Health Counselling in June 2026. Rooted in Jungian and Adlerian psychology, she believes that everyone has the power to fully embrace every element of themselves and realign their lives in a way that fully, joyfully, and unashamedly, reflects who they are to the core. By lending herself as a soft place to land, she created Sunday Reset Club as a way to bring together the community week after week and encourage mindfulness and intentional living.
Inspired by the power of slowing down, authentic connection, and grounding in the present moment, she hopes to create environments where people feel safe, supported, and deeply seen. She is a mother, passionate about bettering the lives of people, and lover of the earth we inhabit. She believes everyone deserves to feel loved, held, and celebrated no matter what season of life they may be in. Her facilitation style is warm, calming, and emotionally authentic, encouraging participants to slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and belonging.

Manojan is a holistic wellness facilitator dedicated to cultivating alignment of body, mind, and spirit. Manojan guides practices in yoga, meditation, and Pilates, inviting participants into deeper self-awareness and inner balance while embodying an intentional lifestyle rooted in presence and connection. @manojan
