About this Event
This is a slow moving class designed to strenghten and lengthen while connecting our mind, body and breath. All postures and moves can be modified to meet your need that day. For partcipants of all abilities and all stages of treatment. We aim to create a community of hope, love, and understanding with others who understand the unique challenges of being a cancer survivor.
Taught by Maui Mel certified yoga instrucor who is a cancer survivor, practiced yoga for 20+ years before getting certified, and 10+ years as a LMT. Every pose can be modified to meet your needs that day.
