Unleash your inner strength as we dive into a fast-paced flow designed to energize and revitalize. Guided by the rhythm of our breath, each movement becomes a graceful dance, allowing you to connect with your inner self and foster a sense of mindfulness.
Although this is a fast paced class, all levels are welcome! Your instructor will guide you through the practice, offering modifications to suit every participant.
Where to Find Us: Carolina Sports Clinic in Southpark. We'll be inside the group fitness room. See below for more info on parking.
What to Bring: Bring your favorite yoga mat (& optional towel), a water bottle, and an open heart and mind.

Parking: Once you turn down Piedmont Row Dr S, Ruth's Chris will be on your left and 131 Main on your right. Keep going down towards the Residence Inn hotel. Once you pass the Residence Inn, there is a ramp leading to the top of the parking deck on the right side. You can turn in there. Once parked on the top you can walk straight up to the Tryon Medical building with sliding glass doors. When you come through the doors, the Residence Inn will be behind you
