Come join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating Meditation session every Sunday morning at Ceremony Healing and Hair Salon. Take some time out of your busy week to relax, reflect, and recharge. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned meditator, this session is open to everyone looking to start their day with positive vibes and a clear mind. Let's start our Sundays right with some calming meditation together!
Our meditations are led by Anthony, when you come into our space it's set for you, there's cozy lighting, soothing smells, relaxing sounds to set the scene for you to slip into mediation.
It's a 50-minute journey starting with body relaxation, thought process and visual exercise.
