Are you interested in learning how to meditate? Meditation is the practice of honing your focus on nothing and detaching from your thoughts. Why is this important? Because what we believe about ourselves is what becomes true in our reality. What you think and hoIf you are someone who deals with any sort of physical or mental health issue, learning how to meditate helps you to regulate your nervous system, manage your emotions, and connect you to your body and higher self.
Please join me inside Sundari Consignment Boutique for a weekly meditation class where I will teach you different techniques to calm the body, free the mind, and master your energy. You are not your thoughts! I am an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Vibrational Sound Practitioner, and I am passionate about teaching meditation and the art of detachment because it's what helped me to heal my chronic anxiety and depression and reach my goals. When we learn to master the monkey mind we can let go of the unnecessary stress and see the path ahead. We can come into the present and make peace with the past so we can move forward with faith, confidence, and trust in ourselves. I incorporate mini quantum healing sound baths into these classes to help relax the nervous system and reprogram the subconscious with positive self-beliefs. Come join us and learn how you can master your mind and energy by going within. Where attention goes, energy flows!
What can you expect?
-Plan to arrive a little early so you're not rushed. Doors open at 1:40.
-This is a seated group mediation practice and you'll be sitting upright for the entirety of the class. It is not a restorative sound bath experience where you lay down.
-Dress comfortably
-Each class begins with breath work and ends with chanting. Participation is always up to you.
-Afterwards you can stick around to socialize for a few minutes or move on with your day. No matter what, drink plenty of water.
-This is a judgement-free zone and safe space where we choose tolerance, peace, and non-violence. Sharing and connection are encouraged. All are welcome.
