Try your hand at the pottery wheel at The Wheel House! In this 90-minute Intro to Throwing class, you’ll learn the basics of centering and shaping clay — no experience needed.
The class begins with a quick demonstration, followed by guided time on the wheel to create your own pieces. Participants may make multiple pieces and choose which ones they’d like to have finished by The Wheel House staff.
Finished pieces are $20 per piece and include professional trimming, glazing in the color of your choice, two kiln firings, and notification when your pottery is ready for pickup (3–5 weeks).
Perfect for beginners, friends, or a creative date night.
