Aperitivo

• Scallop crudo, brown butter, hazelnut
• Steak tartar, anchovies and bottarga on a toast
• Whipped ricotta, sourdough, maldon salt  

Dinner

• Strozzapreti, salsiccia, funghi, saffron, slow roasted tomatoes 
• Delicata squash tortellii, vacche rosse, burro e salvia 
• Fennel and celery salad, pecorino Siciliano, toasted almonds, orange

• Dark chocolate tart, dates and hazelnuts
