We are thrilled to announce a powerful new partnership. Together with our faith and corporate partners, we are launching the Sunday Health Forum, a dedicated initiative to bring vital health education directly to you via faith communities.
Navigating diagnoses like Alzheimer’s Disease can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. This new program connects our faith communities with health experts to discuss life-saving health information, clinical trial awareness, and essential caregiver support. Refreshments included.
