Sunday Fusion classes are back!The Sunday sessions are suitable for dancers of beginner to intermediate levels, with exercises that can be adapted for different skill levels and physical abilities. We will study posture, conditioning, movement isolations, undulations, arm patterns and foot work, putting them into combinations that can be used in your own choreography or as a basis to encourage combination creation.
Signature Dance Studios is in Nottingham city centre and there is easy parking on Canal Street at the council's Castle carpark. The studio is within walking distance of bus, tram and train routes.
