As you paint your jícara—a handcrafted vessel made from a dried gourd and traditionally used for drinking mezcal in Mexico—you’ll also dive into the world of agave spirits. Learn about mezcal production, regional styles, and what makes each pour unique, all while enjoying your cocktail.
IZO Mezcal honors generations of Mexican mezcaleros, crafted under Master Mezcalero José Gonzalez. From agave harvest to distillation, every step reflects a deep respect for tradition, delivering a smooth, clean expression of authentic mezcal.
