⚔️ Iron Tide Historical Fencing - Sunday Morning PracticeStart your Sunday with the clash of steel and the camaraderie of fellow fencers!
Join us every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM for our weekly morning practice session. This relaxed yet focused class is a great way to sharpen your skills, get some sparring in, and learn more about the art of Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA).
Each Sunday we focus on:
- Technical drills and partnered exercises
- Controlled sparring with feedback
- Historical technique studies from Meyer
- Optional conditioning and footwork training
Whether you’re new to fencing or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find a welcoming community and supportive instruction at Iron Tide.
Our members study German longsword, saber, messer, arming sword and buckler
What to bring:
- Comfortable athletic wear (long sleeve and pants recommended)
- Fencing mask, gloves, and any personal gear (loaners available)
- Water and a willingness to learn!
