Sunday Evening Sound Bath with Elizabeth

Sundays are for self care! Come for the perfect mind, body, soul reset with a soothing Sound Bath!

Come if you need to quiet your mind, find your center, need some healing, some time just for you. Come if you don't know what you need, but you know you need something.

Sound healing is one of the most effective and effortless healing modalities one could experience. All you need to do is lay down, close your eyes, breathe and open to receive. Scroll down to learn more about the benefits of Sound Healing.

Please arrive a few minutes early. You are welcome to make yourself a cup of tea or pull an Oracle card. The sound bath is 45-55 minutes long. All are welcome!

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy laying on a Yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions). There is a futon available for anyone who would like to use it.

Attendance is $22.22 all fees included. Space is limited to 10 beautiful souls, please claim your spot as soon as possible if you plan to attend.

This Sunday Evening Sound Bath at Metanoia Toolbox will be facilitated by Elizabeth Bartelt.

Elizabeth Bartelt is the owner of Namaste Place Sound Healing. She is a certified Practitioner of Sound Therapies through Meditate: School of Mindfulness & Sound.

Her journey with sound began in 2013 when she experienced her first sound meditation – a moment that brought profound peace, stillness, and a new path of healing into her life. What began as a way to relax evolved into a deep practice that connected her to both community and self.

Today, Elizabeth shares this transformative experience with others through private and group sound meditation sessions designed to foster relaxation, harmony, and inner peace.

Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help others heal through the soothing and restorative vibrations of sound
