6:45 pm: Introduction (in person and Zoom)
7:00-8:00 pm: Formal practice
Formal Practice consists of the following:
Chanting - Evening Bell Chant (solo), then Heart Sutra (English) and Great Dharani.
Sitting - 25 minutes of silent meditation.
Chanting - Four Great Vows.
Q&A and short Dharma Talk.
