Join me for a peaceful Sunday evening in the garden—a chance to slow down, move intentionally, and begin the week feeling grounded and refreshed.Together, we’ll practice gentle, mindful movement paired with breath, moments of reflection, and quiet encouragement drawn from Scripture. Surrounded by the beauty and sounds of nature, this class offers space to release the stress of the week, reconnect with yourself, and rest in God’s peace.
As the day winds down, let this be an opportunity to step away from distractions, breathe deeply, and simply be present.
All levels are welcome. Bring your mat and an open heart. Extra mats will be available.
