Namaste everyone!I am taking this hatha yoga class coming Sunday at 4 pm at the lovely Yoga Loft Lounge at Beach Road in the city. The yoga session based upon Sivananda tradition consists of a combination of gentle postures, breathing and energy lock exercises for a lovely balance of body-mind-spirit. This session is free and a perfect event for you to relax and rejuvenate yourself for the start of the working week.
