Please join me for the first gathering in my Sunday Dinner & Dialogue Series on Sunday, February 8, from 1–3 p.m. at HUB07.This free, community after-church–style dinner is about slowing down, sharing a meal, and being in conversation with one another.
This quarterly series brings neighbors together with community partners across District 82. I’m grateful to host the first dinner in partnership with the Grand Rapids African American Health Institute (GRAAHI), with Vanessa Greene joining us as a special guest.
We’ll begin with a conversation with Vanessa, followed by open discussion and Q&A. This will be a listening-centered space to hear what’s weighing on our community and how we move forward together.
