Sunday DEEP is the latest expansion to your Rört membership and features a senior teacher guiding a 120 minute deep dive into a corner of their field. Taking place on Sundays - the vibe will be chilled and there will be no grand learning ambitions. Much more the focus is on the experience, the journey and the deep dive itself. GROOVE, RYTHM & FLOW with Ida Frost
In this Sunday Deep we are gonna Groove, Move, Flow and Listen to the rhytm of both soft and groovy music. We are gonna explore how the music can become our guide and partner when really listening and taking the music in. With basic grooves, rhytms and steps we are gonna dance with the music, with ourselves and with each other.
Everyone can join… you are just the way you should be if you dare for a minute to listen - relax - lean in - groove and enjoy.

ABOUT THE TEACHER
Ida Frost is a diverse dancer and physical performer. With a background in gymnastic, she is now working as a professional dancer, performer and acrobat. Her movement interests flow from urban house grooves, to contemporary softness into installation art and acrobatics. No rules, no boxes, just expression, curiosity, humor and the trust of a diverse movement journey in all aspects of life. In addition to her dance career Ida also just finished her education as manuvision Bodytherapist.
