This Menu is Hand-Crafted by Chef Juliette Wells.
Menu is subject to change slightly due to food availability as well as her artistic inspiration.
Menus use dietary codes to describe item ingredients.
V=Vegetarian, Vegan=Vegan, GF=Gluten-Free, GF Option=can be served GF
If Chef Juliette makes some changes to menu, she will keep same dietary code

Appetizers:
Bruschetta with Ricotta and Beet Carpaccio (V, GF Option)
Farm-Fresh Gazpacho Soup (Vegan, GF)
Main Course:
Vegan Seitan Chicken Steaks served with a Mushroom Gravy (Vegan)
Whole Pre-Brined Chicken, Adobo-Crusted and served with
Vegetable Medley Sauce
Sides:
Cauliflower, Onion, Saffron and Egg Pie (V, GF)
Eggplant, Tomato, Pepper and Homemade Mozzarella Cheese (Vegan, GF Option )
Mixed Greens Salad (Vegan, GF)
Dessert:
Polenta Cake with Sweet Zucchini Compote (Vegan, GF Option)
Greetings! We here at Sunbeam Farm are proud to offer three Farm-to-Table Dinners this Summer/ Fall: August 31st, September 14th & September 28th. Our dear friend and incredibly talented Chef, Juliette Wells (aka Culinary Jules) is back to cook for you.
Juliette is a Farmer and Professional Chef with an extensive background in both. She plans a menu based on the best local products she can find. Most of the produce she will use is grown right here at Sunbeam Farm. The proteins she selects are organic and sustainably-raised.
There is always a vegetarian protein option at every meal. There is no need to select that option ahead of time, you will choose what goes on your plate.
We have been doing these Dinners since 2012 and they are always a wonderful time. We all sit at one huge table and enjoy a fresh meal together. You are free to bring any beverages you choose. All seats are $65, includes tax, BYOB. Kids are welcome to join but due to limited seating and dates, it is the same price for all guests (kids under 2 are free on lap).
So gather a group and reserve your seats by submitting payment, it is the only way to hold seats. You can email us at [email protected] with questions or make a payment by dropping off Cash or Check to the Farm Stand. You can also pay online via Venmo (@sunbeamfarm), Zelle ([email protected]) or Paypal ([email protected]). If you need to pay with a credit card we have to charge a 3% fee and we can invoice you through PayPal.
RULES:
There are no refunds so if you can't make it send a friend.
Parking is free on Cherryvale Rd.
No Pets.
No Tobacco Products.
No Politics.
No Balloons, Confetti or Noise-Makers.
Event is rain or shine, we have a huge covering over the table- there is no such thing as bad weather here :)
