Due to construction in the area, Decatur Street, spanning from Holden Place to 13th Ave, is currently closed. To access the Fairview Parking Lot from Federal, the quickest route is to head towards Howard Place, then onto Decatur St, 13th Ave, Bryant Street, and finally onto 12th Ave, which will lead you directly to the parking lot.
