On the 22nd of December, 2022, the Earth will turn its face to the Sun and the southern hemisphere will experience the longest day of the year. This is known as the summer solstice and is the perfect time for us to join forces with the natural order of the cosmos to combat darkness, let go of struggles and fears and spend some moments embracing lighter feelings and thoughts. Join us for a summer solstice celebration at It's Still A Secret where the vibes will be high and the smiles will be wide!

Hannah Macklin (band)
Having collaborated and performed with artists and musicians across the country and beyond, Meanjin-based vocalist and songwriter Hannah Macklin's current band features the talents of Brandon Mamata (guitar); Peta Wilson (keys); Lachlan Symons (bass) and Sam Mitchell (drums). Expect high-intensity, diverse and intricate music with lyrical thickness that seeks to reflect and uplift the many facets of the human spirit. Playful grooves, punk riffs, jazz and R&B throwbacks and a worldly approach to rhythm and melody, held together by Hannah's captivating voice and stage presence.

Hailing from festival favourites Dubmarine and The Pot Bellys respectively, Kazman and Blue formed Kairos Kin in 2019 (just as the world changed), drawn together by a mutual desire to reinvent. With beats as infectious as COVID (but opposite to deadly), they aim to sing to a reality that needs reminding of its existence and encourage crowds to dance their fears away. Welcome to Kair0s K1n.
