Sun-sational Soiree! Back To School...

Caling all Sickle Cell Warriors! Join the Sickle Cell Association of New Jersey in cooperation with the Makerhoods Community for the Sun-Sational Soiree. It is a fun-filled afternoon of games and activities leading into the upcoming September Sickle Cell Awareness Month and start of the new school year. Whether you're a student, teacher, or parent, get ready to have fun. This event is the perfect way to celebrate the end of summer and get ready to hit the books again.

We'll have free books, backpacks filled with school supplies, card games, board games, old school games with prizes and lots of useful tips on how to have a successufl academic year. And students will get a headstart with the launch of the Student Research Poster Contest. Make new friends, show off your skills, and have a blast in support of your community. See you there!
