Sun Salutations and Sounds (Yoga + Pranayama Picnic)

Join us for a Pranayama Picnic as we elevate our energy with yoga, breath, meditation and a community meal. We invite our community to focus on intentions of love for self and others with our yoga master, Kumi Yogini, frequency healing from DJ Crisanto and sound bath from Kasie Swisher. We will conclude by our session with a community picnic with handcrafted sandwiches from The Iron Press.

Pre-Registration is required as space is limited. Please bring a mat, water, a towel and proof of registration. Wear comfortable clothing and sun screen.

Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult (12-18).

Farmers Park is outdoors and many patches of the park are not shaded.

Guests who haven't arrived by 10:30am, may potentially lose their reserved spot.

The active portion of the event is 2 hours, and guests are encouraged to participate for the entire duration.

10:00am Welcome Vibes – Live DJ: Crisanto Santa Ana

Check in and start setting up mats

10:30am-11:30am – Yoga with Kumi Yogini featuring frequencies by Crisanto Santa Ana

Esteemed yoga master, Kumi Yogini, will lead attendees in a group yoga session with a focus on removing obstacles to allow for an abundance of bliss, awareness and existence

11:30am - 12pm – Meditation and Healing Sounds by Kasie Swisher & Kumi Yogini

12:00pm-12:30pm - Community Picnic featuring sandwiches, chips & water lovingly made by the fine folks at The Iron Press
