CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely scenario that the event cannot go forward due to unforseen circumstances, there will be no refunds for the event due to non-refundable deposits. The event will be postponed to a later date and your tickets will be honoured for the new event dates.

No transphobia, homophobia, racism, sexism, bullying, sexual harassment or violence will be tolerated. Attendee’s must practice informed consent at all times. No always means No. A maybe also means No. If the person is intoxicated that also means No. There must be a continuous enthusiastic Yes for there to be consent which can be revoked at any time. Any offenders will be pulled aside for questioning and may be immediately removed from the grounds with no refund and a ban from future events. Check in often and be good to each other.

You agree to hold Immersive Productions ltd Directors, attendees, associates, artists, volunteers, the venue, contractors and employees free from any liability or damages that may be caused by sickness or death due to any covid related illness.
