Join us on Sunday November 3rd for an incredible live music experience featuring Tai Allen's #SampleSaleMusic at the famous Minton's Playhouse in Harlem, NYC.

About #SampleSaleMusic:
"#SampleSaleMusic (#SSM) is a 60 to 120 minute immersive run of music: It is difficult to enjoy a modern music without pointing out the influence of its jazz & soul beginnings. We want to examine this connection when we perform! #SampleSaleMusic

The show explores samples that are central to Black culture and beyond. We rock samples in their original context. Sometimes, we transform them into the banging tracks a modern audience knows & loves.
Other moments include crowds journeying through a jazz, blues and soul piece with us. Classics. Obscure B-Side. Original tunes.

Our ability to play MUSIC is our advantage. It is our birthright. Jazz and blues are our foundations. Soul is found in the cells. And, hip-hop is our childhood. We play music out of love.

We want folks to moooove. Jazz, according to my momma, is also about moving feet and butts. This leads to a chair dance or a foot-slide across the floor; on the grass; atop the wide stage; gravel for a block party; or, inside a dim lit club.
