Sumter County 4-H Advisory Board Meeting 2026

Join us for the Sumter County 4-H Advisory Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Clemson Extension Office.

This meeting is open to all Sumter County 4-H volunteers, club leaders, collaborators, and community partners. Together, we'll connect, share ideas, and prepare for an exciting 2026–2027 4-H membership year, which officially begins on October 1, 2026.

During our time together, we'll:

• Discuss plans and opportunities for the upcoming 4-H year.
• Review State Fair activities and volunteer opportunities.
• Explore ways to strengthen partnerships and increase collaboration across the Sumter County 4-H community.
• Share ideas, lessons learned, and new opportunities to grow and enhance our local 4-H programs.

Bring your enthusiasm, experience, creativity, and passion for positive youth development! Your voice and leadership are essential as we work together to build a strong Advisory Council that will help guide and support Sumter County 4-H throughout the coming year.

We look forward to seeing you there and working together to make the 2026–2027 4-H year our best yet!

Refund statement: Full payment is due upon registration. No refunds will be issued within three weeks of the start of the event.

Membership requirement:

Current 4-H membership is not required for participation in this event, but you must preregister.

Custodial Care: Please note that this event and its coordinators do not assume custodial care of youth in attendance. Adults (parents, guardians, volunteers, coaches, or chaperones) must be present for the supervision of youth participants.
