Summit Hut is excited to announce our next Summit Session: Get Ready to Hike, on Saturday, September 21st from 4:30-6:00pm.Join us as we welcome industry expert- Doug Ritter for a presentation from 4:45-5:30. New to hiking or ready to brush up your hiking skills? Learn from an expert on how best to prepare for a day hike or overnight hike, including clothing and gear you will need, hiking safety(and the 10 essentials), nutrition, and everything hydration.
We'll have guests from Southern Arizona Hiking Club and Arizona Trail Association here to offer their expertise as well!
We'll have tips and tricks from our staff experts, our favorite day hikes to try and as always~ cold beverages and snacks for a donation to a local outdoor non-profit. More details to come!
