Halloween is coming early… and this time, it’s bringing sunshine, cocktails, costumes, and a full afternoon of Downtown Albuquerque bar crawl chaos.
Join us Saturday, July 25th for the Summerween Bar Crawl, a spooky-summer party experience featuring multiple downtown stops, themed drinks, wild costumes, a professional photo booth, event photos, and an optional trip into the Summer Haunted House: House of Disperaties inside the basement of 505 Foodhall.
Important Summerween Access Perk:
Your Summerween Bar Crawl lanyard, which you’ll receive at check-in, gets you free access to Summerween at Side Effex — but only if you arrive at Side Effex by 8:30 PM. After 9:00 PM, your lanyard will still get you discounted entry, but free entry will no longer be guaranteed. Check in early, keep your lanyard on, and plan your crawl so you don’t miss the free entry window.
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM at The Rhythm Room, where you’ll grab your crawl access and kick off the party before heading through participating downtown locations including The Rhythm Room, Bourbon and Boots, Lasso, Red Door, Side Effex, 505 Foodhall, and more.
Come dressed in your best summer-meets-Halloween look for the Crawl Costume Contest at 9:30 PM at Effex Nightclub, where one winner will take home $500 cash. Think beach witches, tropical vampires, haunted vacationers, undead bartenders, summer ghosts, pumpkin party fits, and anything weird, fun, or unforgettable.
Guests can choose between two ticket options:
Bar Crawl Only — $12.50
Includes access to the Summerween Bar Crawl experience, participating bar crawl locations, your crawl lanyard, and access perks for Summerween at Side Effex.
Bar Crawl + Haunted House — $25
Includes the bar crawl, your crawl lanyard, access perks for Summerween at Side Effex, plus entry into the Summer Haunted House: House of Disperaties, located in the basement of 505 Foodhall.
Tickets are limited and prices may increase as the event gets closer. Grab your tickets early to lock in the best price, secure your spot, and make sure you don’t miss out on one of the most unique summer events in Downtown Albuquerque.
