Summertime UNCORKED

Summer’s here, so is the urge that makes us say, “Screw it, let’s drop everything and hit the patio.” That’s the spirit we’re chasing. Join us for Summertime UNCORKED, where we’ll be cracking open our award-winning wine cellar—recently crowned Best Organic Wine List in the World by the World of Fine Wine—and opening bottle after bottle of organic wine to share with you.

UNCORKED is a cocktail-style walk-around party where 30 organic wines from our bottle list will be available for all ticket holders to peruse and taste alongside passed tapas and paella! All over the world, there are winemakers who dedicate their craft to the belief that wines made without intervention, and with the whole earth—make the most honest and beautiful wines-- and our list is full of them. This wine experience will give you seemingly endless paths to explore as you move throughout the room, learning about and tasting through the stories of each of these amazing bottles. Ticket holders will be able to taste the wines freely, enjoy anecdotes and tasting notes from our team, and enjoy Chef’s diverse and plentiful culinary offerings.
