Join us for an unforgettable two-hour Dessert & Tea Pairing Experience to enlighten your taste buds and celebrate the best of California's sun-kissed summer. Chef Malia Zoraster of Zorro's Table presents a five course dessert menu capturing the true essence of summer, featuring the very best of California seasonal market fruits. Each dessert course is thoughtfully paired with a globally sourced specialty tea curated by Tea Sommelier, Ksenia Sullivan of Yes Your Majestea. Get ready to taste, sip and savor the warmth of summer in an elevated, full bodied experience unlike any other.

Growing up on a little farm in rural Hawai‘i gave Malia an appreciation for the wonderous fruits of nature. From a young age, Malia developed a passion for cooking and the magical power it has to bring people together. After expanding her culinary skill set cooking for Chef Alice Waters at her acclaimed restaurant, Lulu in Westwood, Malia started Zorro's Table and began hosting her own unique dining experiences in Los Angeles in February 2024. Previous events include "The Art of Love: A Dessert Soirée with Exquisite Tea Pairings," A Fine Dining Seafood Experience, and a Fettuccine Alfredo & Philosophy Night. This event will be Malia's last dining event in Los Angeles before she moves to New York.

Ksenia was born and raised in Ukraine, where tea is integral to everyday life and special occasions. Over 20 years ago, she began studying the medicinal properties of tea and became captivated by its flavors and health benefits. Her passion grew through exploring global tea cultures and led her to become a certified tea sommelier. Now, as the owner of a thriving tea retail business, she shares her love for tea through workshops and tastings, blending tradition with modern wellness practices to inspire others.

We are so excited to host our second Dessert & Tea pairing event, this time at 310 Coffee! It all started when Malia met Ksenia at a Meditation & Tea ceremony and fell in love with the high quality teas Ksenia so thoughtfully curated. Malia conceptualized an event that featured her love of pastry and Ksenia's stellar palate. Fast forward a couple months later and, Bam! Our first ever Dessert & Tea event was born. Back by popular demand, we are excited to showcase the Summer edition of our Dessert & Tea pairings.
