As August draws to a close, allow yourself to unwind, reflect and restore through soothing vibrations and intentional stillness. Let the healing tones of crystal bowls, chimes and gentle rhythms guide you into deep relaxation-an invitation to release what no longer serves you and welcome the grounding energy of the season ahead.
