Celebrate summer with a fresh take on healthy eating! In this interactive salad-making class, you’ll learn how to use a simple framework to create colorful, nutrient-packed salads from whatever is in season. Join Certified Public Health Education Specialist, David Gutierrez from the Weld County Department of Pubic Health cover basic prep skills, flavor combinations, and easy homemade dressings so you can turn everyday ingredients into delicious, satisfying meals all summer long. Children ages 6 - 12 are welcome with their caregivers. Please register each member who will be attending.
