In this mixed level offering, the chair will be used as the central prop to support participants in their practice. Chairs can be used to both go deeper and increase the intensity of a practice, or as a support to gain gentler access. In this workshop we will explore both approaches through a full spectrum class which will include forward folds, backbends, twists, inversions and balances.
