ABOUT THE EVENT

What are you ready to leave behind as you welcome the summer season? This intimate retreat for 12 will be a balanced offering:

Connecting with nature, morning Yoga on the beach, a relaxed chef prepared lunch overlooking the coastline, quiet time for yourself and time to explore the most breathtaking historical villa.

You will leave this experience with a renewed approach to your life at home. Everyone deserves a mental health day to play and have fun. Just arriving at the ocean is all you need to do. We'll take care of the rest.

Beginners to Yoga are encouraged to attend. Space is limited to support intimacy and rest.

WHAT IS INCLUDED: 2 movement classes, breakfast, gourmet snacks throughout your day, fresh buffet lunch and a sound bath concert on the beach to close the retreat.

PARKING IS LIMITED: Arrive early. Grab coffee at the neighborhood cafe'. Check in at 9:30am.

ABOUT MARTI FOSTER:

A native of Santa Cruz since the 70's, Marti has been leading coastal events, weekend retreats, women's circles and musical gatherings at the very location you are going to visit. Her unique facilitation approach is to not pack the day with activities but to allow space and time to relax and connect with SOURCE.

ABOUT MARIA ORTEGA:

A sound alchemist and medicine woman, Maria listens to what nature is calling for. She will gift us with an outdoor, crystal singing bowl concert by the sea. She has collaborated with Marti in the recent past and it was such a powerful retreat, Maria is bringing her two daughters to this event.
