Breathe, stretch, and flow with us under the open sky every Sunday from 9am–10am at the beautiful Dundas Driving Park *practise area is located just to the right of the play structure.
From July 6th to September 28th, we’re inviting the community to come together and experience the joy of movement, breath, and connection in nature. Whether you practise regularity or just starting out, these classes are open to all levels and offered by donation.
🌿 Practicing yoga outdoors offers incredible benefits:
– Fresh air and sunshine boost your mood and energy
– Being in nature helps regulate your nervous system and reduces stress
– Moving your body with the rhythms of nature enhances mindfulness and inner peace
– Plus, it’s just fun to roll out your mat in the grass and flow with a community of kind-hearted humans!
So bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a friend – or come solo and make new ones! These sessions are a great way to connect with your body, your breath, and your community in a beautiful, relaxed setting.
