Simona

I'm Simona, an Italian girl from the enchanting city of Cagliari, nestled on the stunning island of Sardinia in Italy. Eight years ago, I departed from my homeland, embarking on an extraordinary expedition of exploration and adventures that spanned the globe. Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to visit a total of 24 countries, an experience that has significantly broadened my horizons and nurtured a profound appreciation for diverse cultures.

For the past five years, I've been soaking up the vibrant energy of Vancouver, where I discovered the power of yoga. This year, I followed my heart to India, the birthplace of yoga, and immersed myself in its rich traditions. I obtained a 200-hour certification in Hatha, Asthanga Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga, deepening my understanding and fueling my passion to share the amazing benefits of yoga with others.

Yoga is more than just physical exercise to me—it's a pathway to inner peace and alignment, encompassing meditation, breathwork, and harmonization of mind, body, and emotions. I truly believe that by sharing our stories, connecting with one another, creating community and embracing yoga's teachings, we can create a world filled with harmony and compassion.

As I continue to explore the world and deepen my yoga practice, I am dedicated to promoting cultural exchange, personal growth, and wellness.

Life is a wild ride, full of exciting adventures and incredible people just waiting to be discovered. Join me on this amazing journey of love, joy, and the transformative power of yoga as we spread positive energy wherever we go. Together, we can make this world a brighter and more compassionate place. So, are you ready to jump in and embark on this epic journey together? Let's do this!
