Join Gyöngyi for a gentle, grounding yoga flow followed by a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation. Designed to harmonize body, mind, and spirit, this nourishing class supports nervous system regulation, energetic balance, and inner clarity.
Through mindful movement and breath, we’ll open the body and prepare the heart to receive the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, harp, and other sacred instruments. Each session aligns with the energy of the season—offering you a moment to reset, reconnect, and shine your inner light.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything you need to feel cozy during sound healing (blanket, eye pillow, etc.)
