Hello there!
Can You believe it's that time of year again!? Time to start preparing for the upcoming Summer! I am happy to invite You and Your daughter to join our 2nd year of Yoga Summer Camp! Created for girls ages 7-13, this is a 7 week long, self-love-enrichment learning workshop.
*Each morning we'll begin with a Yoga flow. Layering in the poses and teaching them how to practice at home so that this becomes something they can keep forever.
*Next, we'll move onto the lesson part of the day and here we'll follow the Chakra system each week, learning into it's responsibilities and qualities. We will practice meditation, breathing techniques, and other mindful practices designed for emotional health & nervous system regulation. To learn more about the curriculum please message Me!
*After a lunch break, (please send Your daughter with a lunch from home!) we will have activity time. If the weather permits, we will walk in the woods, other days we will create with the elements inside. Again learning into the natural world, it's energetic properties and how connecting with nature is some of the BEST medicine we can give ourselves.
My knowing is that by strengthening their relationship with themselves, this will ripple into all of their relationships going forward. It happened for Me & to My girls. :)
Camp Begins on June 26th & Meets on Wednesdays @10AM until August 7th. Each student is responsible for her mat, journal and lunch. Cost is $175 and there are 6 spots open. First come, First Serve! Message Me to claim Your daughter's spot!
