Hey AZ ladies! This wellness sampler is all about relaxing and finding your community. We wanted to create an event that was accessible and affordable to all – because all women deserve wellness. Join us on August 11, from 1-5 PM at Southwest Herb in Mesa for a little wellness retreat. This event will take place indoors at the gathering space.In this sampler we will offer:
A 30-minute Barre workout taught by barre-certified instructors Sabrina & Tracy! Get your wiggles out and get ready to create, restore & relax.
This wellness retreat's craft is succulent potting and pot painting. Tracy will guide us through terracotta pot painting best practices & show design examples so you can go home with an adorable succulent plant!
Next, we'll have some light sips and snacks while we raffle off our summer wellness basket, given out to a random event participant. This time, we are also partnering with WHEAT's Clothes Silo to host a women's clothing drive. Bring up to 5 pieces of women's clothing for five extra raffle entries! But don't worry, even without donating, you are automatically entered to win when you buy a ticket to this event.
Take a break from the making for a 30-minute yoga class & sound healing taught by yoga instructor Isabel Rodriguez. Restore, relax, and stretch that body out!
After our stretch, we will have an open make period! Plant your succulents, make yourself a sugar lip scrub, and partake in our additional optional offerings like chair massages by Isabel.
