About this Event
We welcome you to come and experience a beautiful, relaxing, and rejuvenating wellness day retreat at Well Bath, yoga and wellness studio, with Julia and Corinna.
This tranquil day is a sanctuary designed specifically to pause and prioritise yourself and your own wellbeing. Offering an escape that will recentre you and allow you to reconnect to yourself through nurturing yoga sessions, meditation, learning the art of mindful eating, alongside the transformative power of hypnotherapy and wonderful self-empowered healing.
You will be immersed in a journey of reconnecting to yourself physically, emotionally, and energetically, and leave feeling empowered to step back into the world with renewed vitality and purpose.
The Venue
Our day will be spent at stunning Well Bath, yoga and wellness studio, which is situated in Charlombe, just above Larkhall on the edge of Bath. It provides a wonderful view over the Bath countryside and is an oasis of stillness.
Bath Spa station is just over a mile from the venue if you are travelling by train, and there is plenty of parking if travelling by car. The full address is, Well Bath, Woolley Lane, Charlcombe, Bath, BA1 8BA, and further details of the venue can be found here.
The Yoga
Julia will be guiding you through two gentle yoga sessions. The morning practice will begin with meditation, then flow into empowered yoga where you’ll be invited to connect with your body and adapt movements to meet your own needs. The afternoon practice will be deeply restful with aspects of yin and restorative yoga and will finish with a yoga nidra practice for deeper connection to your intuition.
No experience is necessary, as the yoga practice will be suitable for all levels. The studio has mats and supports, but please do bring your own mat if you wish.
The Hypnotherapy
Corinna will guide you through a suggestion hypnotherapy session where you will set your own intentions for the summer. She’ll help you to unlock subconscious barriers, promote healing and cultivate emotional wellness for the months ahead.
The Food
Nourishing snacks will be provided throughout the day as well as a healthy and delicious vegetarian lunch. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements on booking, so that these can be catered for.
Julia will begin lunch with guiding a mindful eating practice and will invite you to connect to your food and eat with awareness and self-compassion.
The Self-Empowered Healing and Summer Stress Relief
You will experience an hour of learning self-empowered healing techniques, including breathing and body-healing tools, as well as anchoring techniques, and stress relief methods, all tailored to the summer months ahead.

What to wear and bring
Please wear any comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. All the yoga mats and props are provided, but please bring your own if you prefer. We also recommend that you bring a notepad and pen to write down any insights and notes from the day.
Booking
The early bird price is £165, if booked before 5th May. From 6th May, the price increases to £175.
Places are limited to 10 people, as we want to keep the group small and intimate, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Once your reservation has been received we will issue you an invoice for the booking.
Please note that should you wish to cancel your place payments are not refundable.
