✨ Summer time Padel & Pilates Event ✨
Join us for a beautiful spring wellness afternoon combining movement, fresh air, connection and a little prosecco.
We’ll begin with a Reformer Pilates class at Maison du Pilates, a stunning boutique studio in Bournemouth, before heading to the lovely East Dorset Padel Club for a coached padel session followed by relaxed social play.
The afternoon finishes the best way — salad and prosecco outside while watching the padel, enjoying the spring atmosphere together.

🕐 1:10pm — Arrival at Maison du Pilates
Ginger shot, matcha ball & goodie bag
🧘 1:15–2:05pm — Reformer Pilates session (50 minutes)
🥤 2:05pm — Green juice to go & head to East Dorset Padel Club
🎾 2:30–3:30pm — Padel session
30 mins coaching + 30 mins free play
🥗 3:30pm — Salad & Tides collagen water and prosecco outside to finish
